Soft Ice Cream

Did you know that soft ice cream was invented when a man by the name of Tom Carvel was driving his ice cream truck and got a flat tire?  His ice cream was melting so he began to sell it in a parking lot.  He realized that a fixed location and soft ice cream were good for sales so he opened an ice cream shop that sold soft ice cream.  This is how soft ice cream came about!
